PAID FEATURES RULES

1. Scope

These rules apply to promoted listings, visibility boosts, premium employer features, premium landlord tools, verification-related paid services, subscription products, or any other paid functionality offered through the Platform.

2. Pre-purchase information

Before checkout, we will show the main characteristics of the paid feature, the total price including applicable taxes where required, the billing period where relevant, and whether the service renews automatically.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Paid placement or promotion pays for additional display opportunities, product features, or exposure and does not guarantee a transaction, rental, interview, message volume, or ranking position at all times.

4. Refunds and credits

If the paid feature was not delivered at all because of a platform-side technical failure attributable to us, we may provide a rerun, service credit, or refund as appropriate. Except where mandatory law grants a cancellation or refund right, fees for delivered digital visibility services are generally non-refundable once the promotion has started or the digital service has been fully supplied with the user’s prior consent where such consent is legally required. By purchasing a paid feature, the user explicitly consents to the immediate performance of digital services and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully delivered, where this rule applies under mandatory law.

5. Fraud and abuse

We may refuse or cancel paid features purchased through suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen payment instruments, or material violation of these Terms.
